This technique has been developed & designed by professional yoga teachers.

This course will provide you with techniques and a structure to deliver complete yoga classes using the aerial fabric and the necessary skills to learn and to teach bringing a new dimension to your practice and classes.
Aerial Yoga is a dynamic deep opening practice that will also greatly enhance any sporting activities.  Therefore the training is also good for personal growth, you don’t necessarily have to teach.

Once completing the training you will have the opportunity to connect Gallery to a network of already trained instructors who are enjoying practicing and teaching today.  You will receive discounts on workshops and equipment, as well as online support.
Our teacher, has been practicing Yoga for over 15 years in Patanjali Yoga Peeth, he has trained in Ashtanga Yoga, Aircat Aerial Yoga and Kundalini Yoga.


 Program Details

The Aerial Yoga Teachers Training program is comprised of six areas:

  • Principles  Aerial Yoga
  • Awakening -Sun Salutation/warm-ups
  • Leg Sequences – Dynamic flowing aerial asanas
  • Tricks & Flips – Fun stuff!
  • Finishing – Inversions / backbending
  • Personal Growth

In order to teach  Aerial Yoga, you must complete the training (no partial days allowed). You also must pass the final exam, assessment and do 28 hours of one-to-one sessions. The pace of this program is very fast, and it may be intense for your body, but it will also be great fun!.

Upon successful completion of the Aerial Yoga Teachers Training program and successfully passing the examination and assessment, trained teachers will have the opportunity to teach Aerial Yoga.  you can inquire for Aerial Yoga Teacher Training.
